Mindful Mondays

Mindful Monday is a chance to start your week off right, with a space to check in, reflect, learn powerful relaxation and mindfulness techniques as well as psychological self help tools, to help you manage life’s challenges. It is also an opportunity to connect with others and most of all with yourself, in a safe and intimate environment.

The class includes guided activities such as:
~Deep breathing
~Guided meditation
~Powerful affirmations
~Journaling
~Group sharing and feedback

All welcome – no experience necessary.
