Would you like to learn new skills to reduce stress and feel more at ease in your everyday life? This secular course is suitable for anyone who would like to learn how to develop a mindfulness practice that suits their personality and lifestyle.
We will explore a different technique every week and each session will include a guided practice as well as time for feedback and questions to help you determine which practices are most suitable for you.
To maintain a friendly, supportive and informal atmosphere, spaces are strictly
limited.

This unique course is designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery and awakening through mindfulness practice and engaging with universal principles, such as connection, self love, healing, forgiveness, gratitude and loving-kindness.

You will be guided to connect with your own inner self and explore how you can live your life more mindfully and authentically every day.

Each session will include a guided practice as well as time to reflect, share your thoughts and ask questions to develop your own understanding.

This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness in everyday life. No experience necessary.

To keep this course intimate and supportive of each individual spaces are strictly limited.

How to Cope with Anxiety workshop

Anxiety is on the rise due to the pressure of our modern lifestyles. Join me for a talk explaining the inns and outs of how and why anxiety occurs from a psychological, physiological as well as neurological perspective. And most importantly, learn practical tools for how to manage anxiety with mindfulness practice, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, physical and psychological self care.

Mindfulness for Brides Workshop

Weddings can be stressful and lots of people find themselves overwhelmed with nerves on their big day.  This 2-hour workshop is especially designed to help you de-stress prior to your big day. Teaching you relaxation techniques and visualisations that you can use to mentally prepare and calm your nerves in preparation for your wedding.
