Life can be so stressful sometimes! We all need to find ways to slow down, rest and recharge. This workshop is aimed at anyone who would like to carve out some time to develop their own, inner practice and learn to find peace and stillness within.
You will learn some simple, yet effective mindfulness and relaxation techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life. There will be time for reflection, sharing, asking questions and getting support as you deepen your own, personal practice.
We will also look at the many obstacles to developing a consistent practice (such as lack of time, finding it difficult to ‘switch off’ etc.) and explore ways to overcome these.
This workshops open to everyone, regardless of background or experience, all that is required is an open mind a willingness to try new techniques. In order to keep this a safe and relaxed environment, spaces are strictly limited to 6 participants.
