This unique course is designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery and awakening through mindfulness practice and engaging with universal principles, such as connection, self love, healing, forgiveness, gratitude and loving-kindness.

You will be guided to connect with your own inner self and explore how you can live your life more mindfully and authentically every day.

Each session will include a guided practice as well as time to reflect, share your thoughts and ask questions to develop your own understanding.

This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness in everyday life. No experience necessary.

How to Cope with Anxiety workshop

Anxiety is on the rise due to the pressure of our modern lifestyles. Join me for a talk explaining the inns and outs of how and why anxiety occurs from a psychological, physiological as well as neurological perspective. And most importantly, learn practical tools for how to manage anxiety with mindfulness practice, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, physical and psychological self care.

This transformational day workshop is especially developed to help you take stock of where you are in life, deepen your connection to yourself, identify and go beyond any limiting self- beliefs so that you can change your circumstances and realise your full potential.

Through simple, yet powerful mindfulness and coaching techniques and exercises you will be supported to find your own answers, create your own vision for your life and make a plan to achieve your goals.

In a safe, supportive group setting we will be exploring topics such as:

  • Self love – why you deserve the life you want
  • Habits – and how to change them
  • Accountability
  • Law of attraction

No prior knowledge or experience is necessary, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to grow and learn.

Nourish You – day workshop for mums: £65

When they say it’s the hardest job in the world they aren’t joking! Raising children is the equivalent of having 2.5 jobs. It is physically demanding, mentally draining and emotionally exhausting and if you’re doing it right, it comes with unbelievable amounts of worry and guilt.

Sounds familiar? Then this day retreat is for you. You will be given time to share your feelings in a safe, supportive environment and learn exercises and techniques you can use at home to relieve stress and help you cope with daily life – inside and outside. To keep this a safe space with plenty of time for everyone to share, places are limited.

  • Learn mindfulness-based techniques for coping with stress
  • Reconnect to your true self as well as your dreams and goals
  • Create a personal self-care programme that suits you
